After extracting the oil from the Agarwood chips by distillation, the Agarwood chips are dried and then supplied to incense making industries. While these Agarwood chips may not have much oil left, the aroma when burned is sweet and spicy. With a beautifully layered grounding subtle aroma , the spent chips are perfect for incense making or burning. It is the condensate water co-produced during the steam distillation of Agarwood and hence it contains small traces of Agarwood oil. Hydrosols are best stored in a sterile, cool environment to avoid bacterial growth.
